A fantastic holiday session with 2 rambunctious boys!

This session was action packed! I had so much fun chasing these two boys all over the house. This session proved beyond a shadow of a doubt that just capturing the boys rambuntious antics instead of trying to tie them down to a pose will always give you the most fantastic portraits. Below is a teaser of our session: so much more fun is to follow soon ladies! You just can't beat smiles like this!
I was welcomed to the house by a very naked Spiderman, Xan who is 3 years old didn't want to get dressed and was shooting his Spidey Webs at everyone...
With a little team work and bribing...he-he the ladies were able to get the big man dressed, good job Dana and Marcia I was impressed :). As you can see above even clothes don't stop Spiderman! LOL

We quickly headed outside and the boys ran right for the awesome playground in the backyard! The colorful fall leaves are a perfect backdrop.

Max, who is 7, is an AMAZING budding artist and was slaving away on a picture of characters from one of his favorite Batman cartoons when I first met him! He is truly talented.

The leaf fights and giggling were infectious. This was just too sweet a moment with grandmom to pass up!
Ok, so I did a little bribing myself. I had these two giant lolli pops hiding in my car and the boys did such a great job they deserved a prize.

I'm so glad I was able to help out and fill in for Melissa this year, our thoughts are with you! I really enjoyed talking after our session ladies, you really know how to make a girl feel comfortable. We seem to have so much in common with our mother / daughter family dynamics and house stories among other things. I'll be talking to you ladies very soon...

Playing with the fall props

I recently purchased some fun new props that are great for fall portraits! I had a blast testing them out with my little friends from next door.

Playing with the kids at Haddon Heights Park, NJ

I photographed this adorable family last weekend in Haddon Heights Park. I was concerned at first because it was so windy but we ended up having a beautiful day. The twins are 9 months old and they were so fun and easy to photograph. As our day went on the difference in their two little personalities really showed. The photos really share how she was such a smiler giggling at everything so excited and the little man was a little more serious and curious about his surroundings checking out everything around him.
I just love their gorgeous blue eyes, look how they glow....

We got the best smiles while flying through the air and while Grandmom was singing behind me...Thanks Grandmom!
I brought some Fall goodies to play with and the kids seemed to be so fascinated by the pumpkins....

We can't forget about the 3rd baby of the family, I know my dog is without a doubt the baby of our house. Such a cutie he was so excited to be out in the open field trying to play with every passer by.

Look how great the twins did standing on their own while holding on, of course Mommy and Daddy were right there on the left ready to catch at a moments notice...he-he

Such a cute family!
It almost looks like he is smiling.

Well Carson family, I had a blast hanging out with you. This has been just a little sneak peak. We captured so many great moments I am still editing them ha-ha. I hope you enjoy this little teaser with your friends and family, your gallery will be available in the next day or two.

First Photo Shoot of the little man....

One of my favorite parts of being a family photographer is being there as they begin. Colby James is 2 weeks old and already a natural! What a beautiful family. We had so much fun with the little man who was just about as calm and photogenic as you could ask for.

Mommy went into labor while swimming laps, so it's only fitting that he's snuggling with goggles....what a cutieObviously we started with a sports theme.
GO PHILS! A PHAN from the start....
Good catch Daddy!

Tiniest little hands....
I just love the way he is holding one hand with the other while sucking his thumb. He got nice and comfy in the beanbag.

Fun with G in Wildwood!

What a great little spot I found with suggestions from some friends. (Thanks MaryEllen) The Hereford lighthouse gave us a great opportunity for some beautiful garden shots and let you right out at the beach from the back. There are butterflies, beautiful flowers, pretty gates and gazebos as well as sun and sand.

I always have a blast photographing Gigi and was so excited we were able to get a few family photos too. The session was on Wednesday but thought you'd like a little teaser Kim while the rest are processed. There are many more to come.
