A family reunion for Labor Day weekend...

I was introduced to the Adler family with a last minute need for a photographer. I'm so glad I was able to rearrange some things and help them out for their family reunion portrait. 20 people were going to be together for the holiday and Friday was the only time this could be pulled off. The stressful part was that "Earl" was threatening to join us on that day as well, wind and rain don't work well for outdoor photo shoots. The clouds stuck around all day,( which I actually love for an outdoor session) and as we set up the first pose it began to rain! Luckily there was a cover at the park and the rain only lasted less then 2 minutes, we were back in action almost immediately and the ground was barely even wet. Someone up there was looking out for us!This was such a great family and we got so many fun photos both posed and candid. Their laid back personalities truly made for an enjoyable day. Kristine was so helpful keeping things organized, which allowed me to get the cute side shots as well as the giant posed group photos.

Here is a little teaser from the session, there were so many to choose from it was hard to edit down to this.... Your full gallery will be following shortly Kristine.

The gangs all here!

This was a special picture because the baby was named after Grandpop.

Look who lost a tooth!

Well the kids didn't sit for long but this shot with their grandparents came out adorable!

Awwww, cousins. baby smooches....
I love this photo....It's one of those what's wrong with these photos photos... Look closely... The girly girl in front and our other little one mooning us in the background! Hilarious, sorry Kristine couldn't pass this one up. It's a great one to show the boyfriends when she's older lol.

Well though we had a great day in the park it ended in frustration for some when their car got stuck in the sand pit! I know you weren't happy then but it makes for a funny story after the fact...he-he. Thanks again fam, Enjoy!
